Governance Structure
Decentralized governance is the backbone of the Infinity Rift Meta-Multiverse Ecosystem, fostering a community-driven approach to decision-making and management. RIFT DAO, which will operate on infinityrift.dao via unstoppabledomains.com, as a soon-to-be-established DAO controlling the future parent non-profit company Source Harmony, which will own and control Infinity Rift LLC, the operational anchor company. Profits from Infinity Rift LLC will flow to the RIFT DAO treasury via Source Harmony on a quarterly basis with public reporting, allowing the community to vote on fund allocations for various projects and initiatives.

On-Chain Governance:
Each district will elect seven council members to represent their interests and make daily decisions for their respective committees.

Proposals will be submitted through a smart contract-based system, where users can vote using their IDT tokens.
Once a proposal reaches a predetermined threshold of support, it advances to the Infinity Central district for further review.
Infinity Central Executive Branch:
Council members from the Infinity Central district serve as the executive branch of the RIFT DAO.
The current acting CEO of the operational anchor company Infinity Rift LLC will act as the president of the RIFT DAO and will have veto rights. Upon vetoing a proposal, it will go back through the respective branches it effects for council member voting along with the current acting president's counterproposal recommendations to better align with the mission and vision of Infinity Rift LLC.
The executive branch will review and vote on proposals forwarded by the district councils.
Before it gets to the president's final approval the executive branch council members can either veto a proposal and send it back to the respective district council with a counterproposal or approve it for implementation using a multi-signature treasury with the president's approval.
