Token Classification: The RIFT token, TNFTs, and iTNFTs are classified as utility tokens, not securities, which means they do not grant equity or ownership rights. As such, they are not subject to securities regulations. Our non-profit parent company, Source Harmony controlled by the RIFT DAO, wholly owns Infinity Rift LLC, ensuring that there are no stakeholders or investors in the non-profit entity.
